Focus and Scope

Ahwal Al-Syakhsiyyah: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam Focuses on the discourse of Islamic and Comparative law in Muslim Societies. The material presented includes textual studies and field studies with multiple perspectives on Islamic family law, Islamic discourse, gender, (legal drafting) Islamic Civil Law, Islamic inheritance law, waqf and hibah. The Journal available online and published twice a year (January-June and July-December).
