SAMAWA: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam Kontemporer (P-ISSN XXXX-XXXX and E-ISSN XXXX-XXXX) is a high-quality open access peer-reviewed research journal published by the STIS As-Sa'adah Sukasari Sumedang, West Java, Indonesia. Aiming to disseminate original research and relevant contemporary issues, the journal regularly publishes articles and research reports twice a year in June and December in both print and electronic formats. It focuses on the study of Islamic Family Law practices in Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and from a global perspective using a multidisciplinary approach, while also examining legislation related to marriage law. The journal specializes in analyzing the theory and practice of various topics such as Islamic family law, marriage legislation, Islamic criminal law, Islamic constitutional law, Islamic civil law, Sharia economic law, human rights law, customary law, and environmental law within the frameworks of both Indonesian legal studies and global contexts. The journal welcomes contributions from academics in related fields; however, novelty and the currency of the issues addressed are top priorities for publication.
