Article Processing Charge

There is no charge for submitting a manuscript, checking the similarity index, and reviewing it. However, if your manuscript is accepted for publication, you will be required to pay a publishing fee and operational costs for managing SAMAWA: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam dan Perundang-Undangan, amounting to Rp 100,000.

However, if you (the author) cannot afford these fees, you have the option to waive the fee, provided the reasons are acceptable to the editor. This is only granted to manuscripts deemed high-quality by the editor, as we do not want these fees to hinder the publication of worthy work.
