Tentang Jurnal Ini

SAMAWA: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga Islam dan Perundang-Undangan is published twice a year (June and December), a publisher of STIS As-Sa'adah Sukasari Sumedang. SAMAWA consistently prioritizes Islamic Family Law, Gender Discourse, and Islamic Civil Law as its primary focus for academic research. With a fair double-blind peer-review process, Lex Familia consistently publishes research/studies related to these fields across various dimensions and approaches. Its subjects include textual and field studies with diverse perspectives.

Authors submitting manuscripts must adhere to the authorship guidelines. Submitted manuscripts that do not comply with these guidelines or are written in a different format will be rejected by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified format. SAMAWA has been indexed by Google Scholar, Academi.edu, and Onesearch.
